Clipper Windpower Marine Limited, a fully owned subsidiary of Clipper Windpower, Inc. (‘Clipper’) today announced the groundbreaking of its offshore wind turbine blade manufacturing facility at the Shepherd Offshore Renewable Energy Park in Newcastle.
